The Care Administration is seeking an operations planner for home care services.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities

As an operations planner, you are expected to plan and organize services for care recipients within home care based on their individual needs and assistance decisions. You ensure that the staff has clear and feasible schedules tailored to the needs and timelines of the care recipients. You coordinate and adjust the planning in response to changes in the care recipient's needs or staff absences. You act as a cohesive link within the organization. You will have frequent contact via phone with care recipients, relatives, staff, assistance administrators, and others.

Your responsibilities include scheduling in various operational systems, short-term recruitment, and providing support to the home care manager with administrative tasks. Your daily work may also involve payroll and invoicing management. Your placement is currently within northern home care, but work may be performed in both home care areas.

Qualifications

You are responsible and can combine care recipient and staff schedules based on the organization’s resources.

As a person, you are confident in making quick decisions when the situation requires it. You have good collaboration skills and are adept at creating new contacts and maintaining good relationships, even over the phone. You have a solution-oriented approach and can quickly switch tasks based on the organization's needs.

Experience with planning and scheduling tools and/or work within home care is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, such as HR, economics, or another education deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience in care work or a nursing education is also a plus.
